DeJuan S. Jordan is a woman of faith and purpose, known for her transformative work as a life and business navigator, coach, consultant, speaker, trainer, and soon-to-be author.
As Founder/CEO of The DS Firm and CO-CEO of LAUNCH, she has helped hundreds of individuals, entrepreneurs and leaders break free from feelings of stagnation, overwhelm, and dissatisfaction with their personal and professional lives.
From a young age, DeJuan has always had a compassionate heart for people–especially for those who are often overlooked and marginalized by society, she is concerned about the lives and hearts of people and is persistent when it comes to helping those in need. DeJuan began her career of helping and serving others as an Adult Felony Probation Officer before being appointed Executive Director and later President/CEO of Stop the Madness National, Inc.; a nonprofit organization founded by her father. With over 20 years of executive-level experience in the areas of criminal justice, nonprofits, and youth and family services, DeJuan recognizes how perspectives, choices, and life experiences shape one’s story and destiny.
DeJuan’s own life experiences have shaped her into a resilient leader, unveiling her true purpose. At the age of 12, through a life-defining and near-fatal incident, DeJuan learned the immense power of words and faith. Through this experience, it became clear to her that if she had the ability to use her words to speak death, she also possessed the power to use them to speak life. This experience transformed her perspective and ignited a deep understanding of the impact our words can have.
Since then, she has been dedicated to using her words and faith to uplift and speak life into others. She believes that our words have the power to shape our reality, influence our actions, and inspire positive change.
Her wealth of experience and heart-centered approach to coaching and training empowers her to guide entrepreneurs, executives, leaders, and women toward transformative growth, helping them to define their lives before life defines them. By using their life-defining moments and experiences as valuable lessons and stepping-stones, they can discover and embrace their God-given purpose, gain clarity, lead fulfilling lives, and leave a lasting legacy.
DeJuan is an alumnus of Indiana University, holding a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice and a Master of Science Management degree in business. Furthermore, she is a licensed Cosmetologist and formerly a certified Mediator through the Georgia Supreme Court Commission on Dispute Resolution.
In addition to her extensive achievements in the educational, entrepreneurial, and business realms, DeJuan remains actively involved in her community and church.
